Davidson est une société de conseil créée en 2005, réalisant aujourd’hui 315 millions d’euros de chiffre d’affaires et comptant plus 3000 collaborateurs dans 8 pays.

Au Luxembourg, la société a été créée en juin 2016. Elle compte actuellement 60 collaborateurs qui travaillent auprès de 20 clients générant un chiffre d’affaire de 6 millions d’Euros en 2020.

Notre mission est de contribuer au succès des projets de nos clients CIO dans les projets de transformation applicative et réglementaire.

Deux tiers de nos projets servent des clients dans le secteur de la banque ou de l’assurance alors que nos autres projets couvrent les secteurs des télécom et des services.

Dans le monde très compétitif du conseil en technologies, Davidson ambitionne de proposer une offre d’excellence durable pour nos consultants et nos clients. Ainsi, outre la performance recherchée dans nos prestations, un premier cadre est mis en œuvre permettant le bien-être au travail avec par une politique active de formation des équipes ou d’autres éléments reconnus par une première position au label « Great Place to work Europe » 5 ans de suite.

Un second cadre définit l’impact sociétal et environnemental de Davidson qui est la première entreprise de conseil en Europe labellisée B-Corp.
